Ten years of digital projects

The problem that led us to AI calling
Troika Tech Services was started on 7 April 2012 by its co-founders and directors, Godwin Pinto, Mawin Pinto and Parvati Matkate. Through years of digital work for Indian companies we kept seeing the same leak: businesses spent on advertising, collected enquiries and then could not phone them quickly enough to win them.
Around two years ago we began building AI-based automation, and voice agents soon became the centre of it. Our agents now ring fresh enquiries, sort them, fix visits, send reminders and hand interested people to sales staff, in Hindi, English and several other Indian languages.
